Our founder, Abi Smith, who personally experiences ADHD, established our organization to support neurodivergent professionals in enhancing their work life. We provide tailored support to help our clients get the most out of their professional experiences.

Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role for an Assistant located in Southampton. The Assistant will perform a variety of administrative tasks, provide support to management and other employees, and ensure efficient operation of the office. Day-to-day tasks include managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, maintaining records, and assisting with the preparation of documents and reports.

Qualifications
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in administrative tasks such as managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining records and preparing documents
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an on-site environment
  • Experience with office software (e.g., MS Office) and communication tools
  • Familiarity with the challenges faced by neurodivergent individuals is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus

Financial background would be an advantage
