This agile homeworking role offers flexibility while keeping you connected, with occasional travel to our Leeds workspace and other sites across Yorkshire.

Qualifications

• Experience in asset management, sustainability or building safety.
• Strong knowledge of asset management systems and asset data.
• Experience delivering change, transformation or system implementations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Collaborative approach and ability to influence through change.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to delivering great outcomes for customers and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Act as asset management SME within the transformation programme.
• Support delivery of a new asset management solution and related ways of working.
• Lead data readiness activities to ensure high-quality asset information.
• Prepare for, adopt and embed change across the business.
• Support communications, training and business readiness activities.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, systems and customer outcomes.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and act as a bridge between operations and project teams.
