Job summary

Yorkshire Housing Limited is recruiting an Asset Transformation Lead to shape how we manage homes and services for the future. You will drive the asset management transformation, embed new systems and processes, and collaborate with teams across Assets, Sustainability and Building Safety to deliver measurable customer outcomes.

The role is an agile homeworking position with occasional travel to our Leeds workspace and other Yorkshire sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience working in asset management, sustainability, building safety or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of asset management systems and asset data.

What will you be doing?

As our Asset Transformation Lead, you'll help shape how we manage our homes and services for the future. Working with colleagues across Assets, Sustainability and Building Safety, you'll use your expertise to support the delivery of a new asset management solution, helping us make the most of our data, improve the way we work and deliver better outcomes for customers. You'll play a key role in guiding colleagues through change, ensuring new systems and processes are embedded successfully and that the benefits of the transformation are realised across the business.

This is an agile homeworking role, offering flexibility while keeping you connected with colleagues across the organisation. You'll come together with your team and key stakeholders for collaboration, meetings and shared projects whenever the need arises, so some travel to our Leeds workspace and occasionally to other sites across Yorkshire will be required.

You'll be comfortable working with complex data, systems and processes, but just as importantly, you'll enjoy building relationships, influencing others and helping colleagues navigate change. Salary: £60,264 per annum (35 hours/week)

26 days annual leave (rising to 31 annually) + Bank Holidays
