Job summary

Yorkshire Housing is looking for a senior finance leader to head the Finance Business Partnering team. You will drive strategic financial support, partner with leaders and steer planning, forecasting and reporting during a major finance system transformation.

The role combines agile homeworking with periodic Leeds presence, focusing on delivering commercial insight and changing how finance supports the business.

Qualifications

• Professional accounting qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent)
• Experience leading, coaching and developing high-performing teams
• Track record of leading teams through change and embedding new ways of working
• Strong commercial awareness with ability to think strategically and solve problems
• Influence and build credibility with senior stakeholders
• Excellent communication and ability to translate financial information into insight
• Experience in business planning, budgeting and forecasting
• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills
• Passion for continuous improvement, innovation and smarter ways of working
• Experience building partnerships across an organisation to increase finance visibility
