Job summary

Yorkshire Housing Limited is recruiting an Asset Transformation Lead to shape how we manage homes and services for the future. You will drive the asset management transformation, embed new systems and processes, and collaborate with teams across Assets, Sustainability and Building Safety to deliver measurable customer outcomes.

The role is an agile homeworking position with occasional travel to our Leeds workspace and other Yorkshire sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience working in asset management, sustainability, building safety or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of asset management systems and asset data.
• Experience supporting or delivering change, transformation or system implementation projects.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the business.
• A collaborative approach and the ability to influence and support others through change.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an eye for identifying opportunities for improvement.
• The ability to manage competing priorities and maintain momentum in a fast-paced environment.
• A commitment to continuous improvement and delivering great outcomes for customers and colleagues

Responsibilities

• Asset management subject matter expert within our transformation programme.
• Supporting the delivery of a new asset management solution and associated ways of working.
• Leading data readiness activities to help ensure high-quality asset information.
• Working with colleagues across the business to prepare for, adopt and embed change.
• Supporting communications, training and business readiness activity.
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes, systems and customer outcomes.
• Building strong relationships with stakeholders and acting as a key link between operational teams and project colleagues.
