Job summary

Yorkshire Housing is seeking an Asset Intelligence Manager to lead our asset data strategy across our 20,000 homes. You will ensure data accuracy, drive insights and inform investment and Net Zero decisions, supporting a more proactive, customer obsessed service.

You’ll manage a team of five asset intelligence professionals, collaborate with senior leaders, and help shape our asset management digital transformation as we implement a new system, while working agilely from Leeds with occasional

Qualifications

• Experience in asset management, especially within housing.
• Strong data, systems and analytics expertise with large datasets.
• Proven leadership and ability to coach a team.
• Ability to present information to senior leaders and regulators.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Asset Intelligence function and ensure data underpinning asset decisions is accurate and accessible.
• Manage a team of five asset intelligence professionals and collaborate with senior stakeholders.
• Drive the asset management transformation and support system implementations.
• Translate complex information into actionable insights for business planning.
