As our Asset Transformation Lead, you'll help shape how we manage our homes and services for the future. Working with colleagues across Assets, Sustainability and Building Safety, you'll use your expertise to support the delivery of a new asset management solution, helping us make the most of our data, improve the way we work and deliver better outcomes for customers. You'll play a key role in guiding colleagues through change, ensuring new systems and processes are embedded successfully and that the benefits of the transformation are realised across the business.

This is an agile homeworking role, offering flexibility while keeping you connected with colleagues across the organisation. You'll come together with your team and key stakeholders for collaboration, meetings and shared projects whenever the need arises, so some travel to our Leeds workspace and occasionally to other sites across Yorkshire will be required.

We're looking for someone who combines strong asset management knowledge with a passion for improvement and change. You'll be comfortable working with complex data, systems and processes, but just as importantly, you'll enjoy building relationships, influencing others and helping colleagues navigate change.
