We’re looking for an experienced, high-calibre Asset Manager to join our team in Leeds. You’ll be part of a young, dynamic team. You’ll report to our Regional Director - Yorkshire, as we build and consolidate our position as the market leader in last mile real estate.

As Asset Manager, you’ll join an existing team managing a diverse logistics and industrial portfolio across Yorkshire. Your responsibilities include developing asset management strategies, lease & property management, and working with internal and external stakeholders to maximize returns. There is significant value-add and development potential in the portfolio, suitable for a candidate with creativity, determination, and flexibility for a start-up environment.

The ideal candidate will handle daily operations with drive and discipline and aspire to grow with us as we lead in last mile real estate.

What You’ll Do

• Implement sustainable asset management strategies to optimize assets and identify value-add opportunities.
• Manage lettings, renewals, rent reviews, lease surrenders, and related capital expenditures.
• Negotiate and approve lease terms, working with colleagues to formalize contracts.
• Engage directly with occupiers to understand their needs and foster customer relationships.
• Assess risks associated with each asset, monitoring health & safety, insurance, payment behavior, technical maintenance, liquidity, and release risks.
• Collaborate with construction and project teams to ensure major capex and redevelopment projects stay on plan.
• Contribute to budget planning, including refurbishments, extensions, and redevelopments, working with development and finance teams.
• Perform financial analysis, prepare budgets and reports, and underwrite asset management reports.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with occupiers and advisors to position Mileway as a preferred partner.
• Contribute to a motivated team environment, embodying Mileway’s values and results-driven attitude.

What You’ll Bring
