K L Recruitment Solutions Ltd is recruiting for an Asset Experience Associate in Maidenhead. This full-time, permanent role sits within the Property Delivery team, leading client relationships and day-to-day property operations across multiple sites.

The role combines strategic asset management with hands-on operational excellence, including ESG initiatives, compliance and cost control. An inspirational leader with strong communication and judgment is sought.

Qualifications

• Extensive industrial/property management experience across large sites and portfolios.
• Strong knowledge of asset management, leases, service charges and estate operations.
• Experience leading teams and coaching property professionals.
• Expert-level understanding of RICS standards, compliance and health & safety.
• Familiarity with sustainability standards and ESG reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead client strategy and asset management for complex portfolios.
• Oversee occupier relations and service delivery across sites.
• Prepare service charge budgets and ensure financial controls.
• Ensure lease compliance, regulatory governance and risk actions.
• Manage suppliers, contracts and property operations; lead site meetings.
• Oversee inspections, transitions, and due diligence for disposals/acquisitions.
