Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is seeking an Asset Experience Associate to oversee strategic client relationships and hands-on property operations within the Royal London Property Delivery team. This role centers on serving as the primary client contact, managing day-to-day operations, and driving service excellence at the Glasgow/Edinburgh sites.

You will coordinate with asset managers, oversee service charges and budgets, and ensure health & safety compliance while leading a team to deliver

Qualifications

• Experience in corporate real estate or facilities management.
• Strong client relationship and communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple internal teams.

Responsabilités

• Lead day-to-day property operations and customer relations.
• Develop and maintain relationships with Royal London asset managers.
• Support budgeting, service charges, and supplier payments.
• Ensure H&S compliance and risk management.
• Coordinate inspections and transitions within portfolios.
