KL Recruitment Solutions Ltd is seeking an Asset Surveyor for a senior, site-based role in Cambridge. You will lead an Asset Experience community, own a complex commercial property portfolio, and deputise for the Asset Experience Lead while acting as the client’s primary contact.

Qualifications

• Proven line management and mentoring experience.
• Expert knowledge of commercial property management and building systems.
• Strong understanding of RICS frameworks and compliance.
• Knowledge of sustainability standards and ESG reporting.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Line manage, coach and mentor direct reports and deputise for the Asset Experience Lead.
• Set asset strategy with the client and align the team to portfolio drivers.
• Own customer experience, resolve enquiries, and improve amenities on site.
• Prepare service charge budgets and assist with financial tracking and debt recovery.
• Oversee compliance, risk actions, H&S checks, and audits.
• Lead site-level meetings and manage PPM, works orders and variations.
• Coordinate property inspections, void management, and ESG initiatives.
