Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking an Asset Experience Associate for its Royal London Property Delivery team in Cambridge. The role combines senior client relationship management with hands-on property operations and leadership across complex portfolios.

You will work primarily on-site, coordinating with asset managers, handling customer inquiries, managing service charges, leases and compliance, while driving ESG initiatives and technology-enabled workflows.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Client & Asset Management: set strategy with asset managers; maintain relationships with Royal London asset managers; identify service improvements.
• Customer Management & Experience: act as primary contact for occupiers; enhance customer experience and engagement; implement CX opportunities.
• Financial Management & Service Charges: coordinate budgets, cashflow, debt recovery, and supplier payments; manage financial trackers.
• Lease and Legal Management: liaise on lease queries; ensure compliance with covenants; engage advisers as needed.
• Health & Safety and Compliance Management: oversee H&S checks; ensure ISO14001 compliance and audits.
• ESG and Sustainability: support ESG initiatives and reporting; contribute to sustainability plans.
• Supplier & Contract Management: lead site-level partner meetings; manage PPM and service variations; supervise works.
• Property Operations and Inspections: conduct site inspections; maintain KPIs; support presentation standards.
• Transactions and Transitions: manage transitions, lettings support, and readiness for sale packs.
• Insurance Management: handle on-site insurance activities and supplier contracts; support claim processes.
• Technology: use accounting, CRM, ESG tools; adapt to new tech like Yardi, Riskwise.
