A regional healthcare provider is looking for an Assessor/Coach to join their team in Ipswich. This part-time role involves planning and delivering clinical apprenticeship training programs and working closely with internal colleagues to enhance apprenticeship opportunities. Essential qualifications include recent assessing experience and a level 3 vocational qualification. The position is fixed term until October 2026, with various benefits offered to support work-life balance.
We have an exciting opportunity to join an established team as an Assessor/coach within our Faculty of Education, working across all sites. Apprenticeships are increasingly important to the Trust, and you will work as part of the Apprenticeship Delivery Team to run this service to meet the Trust's 5-year business plan. The Assessor/Coach is a key specialist role focusing on planning and delivery of our clinical Apprenticeships training programmes, mainly at level 2 and level 3. You will work with a diverse range of internal colleagues in clinical areas to create apprenticeship opportunities that enable staff to develop and progress, regardless of where they work in the Trust or the job they do. This role is being offered part time for three days per week which must include a Wednesday, across both sites, fixed term/secondment until 31st October 2026. Interview for Clinical Coach will be on 15th October.
