Job summary

NHS Resolution is seeking a proactive A&R Manager to lead operational delivery within the Assessment and Remediation service. The role focuses on coordinating assessments, sourcing external clinicians, and supporting reviews while handling a personal caseload and meeting tight deadlines.

• Ability to manage own caseload, set priorities and meet challenging deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Administration of the Behavioural Assessment service; liaise with practitioners and suppliers to set up assessments, issue reports and ensure smooth running.
• Source assessors to undertake Clinical Performance Assessment cases and arrange participation.
• Support the delivery of the Team Review service, liaising with parties and assisting reviewers.
• Manage your own caseload, track cases and deliver tasks within deadlines.
• Undertake a range of administrative tasks associated with delivery of the services and support to the A&R team.
