Job summary

NHS Resolution is seeking an enthusiastic, highly-organised individual to play a key operational role in the Assessment and Remediation (A&R) service. The ARM will organise A&R activities, manage their own caseload and liaise with clinicians and healthcare organisation representatives in a frontline, team-based environment.

The role focuses on administration, coordination and support for assessments, reports and reviewer participation, with a pro rata salary based on 22.5 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Administration of the Behavioural Assessment service, liaising with practitioners and suppliers to set up assessments and ensure smooth running.
• Source assessors for Clinical Performance Assessment cases and arrange participation.
• Support the delivery of the Team Review service and provide practical assistance during the process.
• Manage own caseload, track cases and deliver tasks within deadlines.
• Undertake a range of administrative tasks related to delivery of services and support the A&R team.
