Job summary

Rolls-Royce Motor Cars at Goodwood offers a 13-month placement starting July 2025 for mechanical engineering students. You will work in the Assembly Line to learn lean manufacturing, assist with process design and data reporting, and support daily operations with hands-on tasks.

Successful applicants will study Mechanical Engineering and be fluent in English; German is a plus. Gain practical experience in a world-class automotive environment with a competitive package and pension scheme.

Qualifications

• Studying a Bachelor’s or integrated Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant course.
• Fluent in English; a working knowledge of German would be beneficial.
• Strong PC skills with CAD, SharePoint and MS Office experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist lean manufacturing activities including process design and optimisation.
• Analyze data and create reports to support the Assembly Line.
• Perform daily tasks supporting reporting and running of the line.
