Rolls-Royce Motor Cars Ltd. in Goodwood, UK, offers a Quality Engineering placement year starting July 2027. The role includes supporting apprentice onboarding, coordinating events and engagement activities, and contributing to improvements in the Quality Management System.

You will work with the Rolls-Royce Future Talent team, gaining hands-on experience in a world-class automotive manufacturer and developing skills in quality processes within a leading premium brand.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or integrated Master’s degree in engineering, on track to achieve a 2:2 or above.
• Knowledge in Quality Management is advantageous but not required.
• Able to work independently and within a team.
• Use initiative to take tasks from concept through to implemented solution.

Responsabilidades

• Support apprentice onboarding, apprentice marketing and school events.
• Develop and organise apprentice engagement activities.
• Build skills to plan and run events including recruitment Assessment Centres and Welcome Evenings.
• Assist in coordinating and steering quality improvement activities.
