Rolls-Royce Motor Cars, Goodwood, West Sussex (UK) – Quality Engineering - Placement Year (July 2027), offers hands-on experience from day one within the Apprentice Training area. You will support onboarding, engagement activities, and event planning for apprentices, while developing skills to organise recruitment assessments and Welcome Evenings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or integrated Master’s degree in Engineering.
• Interest in Quality Management or similar is a plus.
• Able to work independently and with a team.

Responsibilities

• Support coordination and management of daily tasks and projects.
• Assist with improvements to the Quality Management System.
• Coordinate Conformity of Production and Test Equipment Management.
• Contribute to Target Management Process and KPIs.
• Help implement Quality methods for product and process improvement.
