Job summary

Rolls-Royce Motor Cars, Goodwood invites you to join as a Quality Engineering placement year student for July 2027. You’ll support apprentice onboarding, engagement activities and events, learning to plan and run recruitment centres and Welcome Evenings.

You will gain hands-on experience in a world-leading premium automotive manufacturer while developing skills for learning opportunities and professional growth. This is a unique development opportunity.

Qualifications

• 本科/Integrated Master’s degree in Engineering with 2:2 or higher.
• Quality Management knowledge a plus, not required.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Take initiatives from concept to implemented solution.

Responsibilities

• Support, coordination and management of specific daily tasks and longer term projects.
• Support, analysis and implementation of improvements to the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Support, coordination of Conformity of Production (CoP) and Test Equipment Management.
• Co-ordination and steering of Target Management Process and KPI’s.
• Supporting the implementation of Quality methods to ensure ongoing product and process improvement.
