Dukes Head Billericay, part of Premium Country Pubs and Mitchells & Butlers, is seeking a Sous Chef to lead a section and step up in the Head Chef's absence. You will train your team, manage food ordering and stock, and ensure the branded menu is executed to a high standard.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen team and delivering high-quality food.
• Ability to train and develop junior chefs and supervise sections.

Responsibilities

• Be driven to smash targets with your team.
• Train and inspire your team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Support your Head Chef with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu.
• Have confidence in managing Chefs and the wider Kitchen Team.
• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.
