The Dukes Head in Putney is a riverside pub-style kitchen seeking a talented Sous Chef to join a busy multi-venue kitchen. You will work under the Head Chef, lead a kitchen team and help create fresh, high-quality dishes across menus and daily specials.

This role offers progression through our Head Chef development programme, hands-on leadership, and engagement with regular training days. Benefits include free meals, pension, and 28 days holiday per year.

Qualifications

• Previous sous chef or senior CDP with leadership experience.
• Ability to guide and develop a kitchen team.
• Hands-on chef with strong communication.
• Creative and able to design new dishes.
