Dukes Head Billericay, part of Premium Country Pubs/Mitchells & Butlers, invites a Sous Chef to lead a section, train a great team, and step up in the Head Chef's absence. You will run a station, ensure your team works as one, and deliver food to a high standard in a premium environment.

The role includes leading with a branded menu, managing food ordering, prep and stock, and upholding health and hygiene regulations.

Qualifications

• Candidates should have a passion for serving great food and training great people.
• Ability to lead a section and step up in the absence of the Head Chef.
• Experience with branded menus and ensuring consistent quality.

• Lead and manage Chefs and the wider Kitchen Team.
• Oversee food ordering, preparation and stock control.
• Ensure adherence to health and hygiene regulations and branded standards.
