Job summary

Dukes Head, Billericay, part of Mitchells & Butlers plc, is seeking a Sous Chef with a passion for great food and training. You will lead a section, support the Head Chef in ordering, prep and stock control, and drive standards across our branded menu.

Qualifications

• Leadership and people management experience preferred.
• Ability to train and inspire kitchen staff.
• Understanding of kitchen stock control and ordering processes.

• Support Head Chef with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Master working with a branded menu and lead Chefs and kitchen team.
• Ensure compliance with health and hygiene regulations.
