Responsibilities

• Respond to IT requests by phone, email, Teams and the ticketing system.
• Log and resolve first‑line incidents, escalating more complex issues as needed.
• Set up laptops, monitors and mobile phones for users.
• Provide support for Microsoft 365, Intune enrolment, Autopilot builds and printers.
• Maintain asset records and support starter/leaver processes.
• Contribute to IT projects and follow security policies.
