Speller Metcalfe is offering a Trainee IT Support Apprentice role to kick-start your IT career. You’ll support colleagues with everyday tech, Microsoft 365, laptops and devices while gaining hands-on experience in a forward-thinking construction business.

Based in Malvern with 40-hour weeks, you’ll train through an Information Communications Technician Level 3 apprenticeship, studying while you're employed.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Information Communications Technician apprenticeship.
• Work-based programme with quarterly online block weeks and end-point assessment.
• Travel between offices and sites may be required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to IT requests by phone, email, Teams and the ticketing system.
• Log and resolve first-line incidents, escalating more complex issues when needed.
• Set up laptops, monitors and mobile phones.
• Support Intune enrolment, Autopilot builds, Microsoft 365, Windows, printers, Wi‑Fi, VPNs and user accounts.
• Maintain asset records and support starter and leaver processes.
• Contribute to IT projects and follow company security policies.
