Responsibilities

• Food preparation – prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and standards; ensure food safety at all times.
• Station management – oversee production of items for your station and keep area stocked and clean.
• Quality control – maintain high quality, presentation and taste.
• Team collaboration – communicate effectively with all team members and support colleagues.
• Cleaning and maintenance – keep kitchen clean and equipment in good working order.
