Randstad CPE is partnering with a leading environmental consultancy to recruit a Dual-qualified Asbestos Surveyor/Analyst. You will perform management, refurbishment, and demolition surveys while using AI-assisted tools to streamline data capture and reporting.

Based across UK locations (Leeds, Stevenage, Manchester, Newcastle, London), the role offers a generous salary and car allowance, with clear pathways for security clearance progression and ongoing CPD support.

Qualifications

• Dual-qualified holding BOHS P402, P403 and P404 (or RSPH Level 3 equivalents)
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Active CTC or SC Security Clearance is a major advantage (fast-track possible)
• Tech-forward mindset and quicker reporting tools

Responsibilities

• Conduct Management, Refurbishment, and Demolition surveys alongside analytical duties (air testing, fibre counting, 4-stage clearances)
• Utilise next-generation automated software to record site data seamlessly
• Interface with key corporate, institutional, and Tier-1 clients professionally
• Maintain UKAS quality and health & safety compliance standards

Salary & Package: £38,000 - £48,000+ | Regional: £32,000 - £42,000+ (Base salary dependent on experience & clearance) + Van / Car Allowance + Paid Expenses

Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time

About You:

• Dual-qualified holding BOHS P402, P403, and P404 (or RSPH Level 3 equivalents).
