Randstad CPE is seeking a Dual-qualified Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst (P402, P403, P404) to conduct management, refurbishment and demolition surveys across UK portfolios. You will use AI-powered reporting tools to capture site data, ensuring high-quality reports and compliance while engaging with major clients.

The role offers a permanent, full-time contract with salary £32k-£48k+ depending on location, clearance, and experience, plus travel expenses and a company van or car allowance.

Qualifications

• Dual-qualified asbestos surveyor/analyst with P402, P403, P404 or equivalent.
• Full UK driving licence and security clearance (CTC/SC) is a major advantage.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Management, Refurbishment, and Demolition surveys alongside analytical duties (air testing, fibre counting, 4-stage clearances).
• Utilise AI-powered reporting tools to record site data seamlessly.
• Interface with key clients professionally and maintain UKAS quality and health & safety standards.

• Maintaining strict UKAS quality and health & safety compliance standards.

About You:

• Dual-qualified holding BOHS P402, P403, and P404 (or RSPH Level 3 equivalents).
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Active CTC or SC Security Clearance is a major advantage (if not held, the client will fast-track your clearance application).
• A tech-forward mindset and a desire to work with smarter, quicker reporting tools.
