Job summary

Randstad CPE is partnering with an industry-leading environmental consultancy to recruit a Dual-qualified Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst (BOHS P402, P403, P404) for UK-wide coverage including Leeds, Stevenage, Manchester, Newcastle and London.

You will conduct Management, Refurbishment and Demolition surveys, perform air testing and fibre counting, and utilise AI-assisted reporting software to streamline back-office tasks while maintaining UKAS quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Dual-qualified in BOHS P402, P403 and P404 (or RSPH Level 3 equivalents).
• Full UK driving licence required.
• Active CTC/SC clearance is highly advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Management, Refurbishment and Demolition surveys.
• Perform air testing and fibre counting as part of analytical duties.
• Utilise AI-assisted software to record site data and generate reports.
• Maintain UKAS quality and health & safety compliance.

Salary & Package: £38,000 - £48,000+ | Regional: £32,000 - £42,000+ (Base salary dependent on experience & clearance) + Van / Car Allowance + Paid Expenses

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting Management, Refurbishment, and Demolition surveys alongside analytical duties (air testing, fibre counting, 4-stage clearances).

• Interfacing with key corporate, institutional, and Tier-1 clients professionally.
• Maintaining strict UKAS quality and health & safety compliance standards.

The Package & Rewards:

• Base Salary: Generous tiered salary structure based on location, experience, and security clearance level.

About You:

• Dual-qualified holding BOHS P402, P403, and P404 (or RSPH Level 3 equivalents).
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Active CTC or SC Security Clearance is a major advantage (if not held, the client will fast-track your clearance application).
