Job summary

Randstad CPE is seeking a Dual-Qualified Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst (P402, P403, P404) for UK-wide assignments across Leeds, Stevenage, Manchester, Newcastle and London. The role combines site surveying with analytical duties and uses AI-enabled reporting tools.

You will benefit from a generous salary (£38k-£48k plus regional packages), a company van or car allowance, and fully supported travel expenses, plus funded CPD and fast-track security clearance (CTC/SC).

Qualifications

• Dual-qualified holding BOHS P402, P403 and P404 (or RSPH Level 3 equivalents).
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Active CTC or SC Security Clearance is a major advantage (if not held, the client will fast-track your clearance).
• Tech-forward mindset and ability to work with smarter reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Management, Refurbishment, and Demolition surveys alongside analytical duties (air testing, fibre counting, 4-stage clearances).
• Utilise next-generation automated software to record site data seamlessly.
• Interfacing with key corporate, institutional, and Tier-1 clients professionally.
• Maintaining strict UKAS quality and health & safety compliance standards.
