Job summary

RG Setsquare is seeking two ASB Officers for a four-month assignment in Oxfordshire. The role is hybrid: office 1–2 days per week at Greenham, with remaining days visiting sites or working from home, and a car driver is required.

You will address anti-social behaviour, deliver tenancy-related enforcement and ensure data quality in customer systems, collaborating with Locality teams to meet service standards and devolved decision making.

Are you in search of a temporary yet fulfilling role? Look no further! We're thrilled to offer an exciting position for our client based in Oxfordshire who are looking to appoint two ASB Officers for the 4 months ongoing, at the rate of £29.28 per hour umbrella

This is a Hybrid Role of being in the office 1/2 times per week based in Greenham whilst the other days will be visits or working from home and a car driver is needed

Job responsibilities

You will be accountable for delivering a tenure blind, professional, pro-active, visable, high quality, customer-centric service addressing ingrained anti-social behaviour & delivering tenancy success through resolution & enforcement s across a locality. Working alongside colleagues to achieve our priorities you will commit wholeheartedly to this journey we have embarked upon to create a truly customer focused culture. You will be responsible for maintaining high data quality in our customer systems. Ensure that data is held centrally for full transparency and that suitable contract arrangements are in place for the continued management all compliance elements within your defined areas. You will be working with other Locality teams and related Customer functions to deliver services to an agreed area and set of standards which will need collaboration and co-operation between all teams. The focus will be on with devolved decision making to ensure customer's needs are addressed in an efficient and timely manner.
