A leading contemporary art gallery seeks a Junior Registrar to manage loan coordination and assist registrars with general queries. The ideal candidate will have a passion for contemporary art, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks across multiple projects. Responsibilities include monitoring sales, coordinating loans, and supporting the gallery in various logistical capacities. • Ability to keep calm under pressure and meet conflicting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Monitor sales alerts and allocate to appropriate registrar.
• Assist with estimates requests and respond to general inquiries.
• Coordinate smaller loans and create documentation for loans.
• Field requests from different teams while observing guidelines.
• Act as a main liaison between the gallery and transport companies.
