ARP Teacher - Primary School (Camden)

We are working with a welcoming primary school in Camden who are seeking a full-time Teacher to join their team from January 2026 (induction start).

This is a brand-new role within the school and an exciting opportunity to work in their newly established Additional Resource Provision (ARP).

Role Details:
  • Full-time position
  • Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 4:00pm
  • Start date: January 2026 (induction)
  • Initially teaching and supporting 5 pupils as part of a wider ARP team
About the Role:

You will be responsible for delivering tailored learning to pupils with SEMH needs, working closely with support staff and the wider school team. A key aspect of the role will be supporting children as they transition back into mainstream classes, acting as a consistent and trusted figure throughout this process.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • A good understanding of SEMH and inclusive practice
  • Experience working with primary-aged pupils
  • Strong behaviour management and relationship-building skills
  • A nurturing, patient, and flexible approach
