You will deliver diverse attraction and recruiting activities in the local area and provide excellent customer service, with a strong emphasis on stakeholder engagement and events.

The role is based at the Exeter office, offering a salary of 28,000 with benefits and a supportive training environment.

Qualifications

• Experience of providing excellent Customer Service.
• IT Literate using Microsoft Office Suite.
• Full UK drivers licence.

Responsibilities

• Interview candidates and guide them through their recruitment journey.
• Provide exceptional candidate experience.
• Attend and lead attraction events to raise Army career awareness.
• Work with educational providers to promote Army careers.
• Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Use social media tools to attract and engage with candidates.
