Capita Recruiting Partnering Project is hiring a Recruiter in Chelmsford to support the British Army recruitment journey. You’ll interview candidates, deliver exceptional service, and lead attraction events.

The role is full‑time, 37.5 hours, Monday to Friday, with a salary of £28,000 and benefits including pension, life assurance, cycle‑to‑work, and enhanced family leave.

Recruiting tomorrow’s Army today. Be the best to support the best! Supporting candidates throughout their bespoke recruitment journey to join the British Army as Recruiter in Chelmsford.

You will take responsibility for delivering diverse and inclusive attraction and recruiting activities in the local area. Delivering exceptional solution focused customer service which is tightly measured against targets and candidate feedback.

This is a full time, permanent role working 37.5 hours per week, across Monday to Friday. Job title: Recruiter - Chelmsford

What you’ll be doing:

• Familiarity with Army Careers and/or experience of recruitment, would be an advantage
• A full UK drivers licence, would be an advantage
