Job summary

Ocado Logistics is seeking a Warehouse Manager for the Bicester Customer Fulfilment Centre. You will lead and motivate an operational team to maintain health and safety standards, drive engagement, and achieve KPIs in a 24/7 environment.

This role involves a 4-on, 4-off 12-hour shift pattern with day and night slots; exact times to be confirmed during recruitment. You will work to ensure safe, efficient warehouse operations across the Bicester site.

Qualifications

• Previous management experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
• Strong knowledge of Health & Safety practices and procedures.
• Experience with warehouse management systems and data reporting.
• Experience conducting disciplinary and grievance investigations.
• Ability to communicate clearly and analyse large data sets.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate warehouse teams in a fast-paced 24/7 operation with focus on safety and conduct.
• Apply Health & Safety standards and investigate adverse events thoroughly.
• Coach and develop staff, manage KPIs like turnover and absence.
• Drive performance improvements, maintain housekeeping and food safety controls.
• Deliver pre-shift briefings and report KPI metrics for the area.
• Perform tiered management tasks and support other sites when needed.
