Ocado Logistics is seeking a Warehouse Manager for the Bicester Customer Fulfilment Centre. You will lead an operational team, drive performance, and ensure safe, efficient goods flow in a high-volume, 24/7 environment.

The role requires strong people management, hands-on coaching, and a focus on KPI delivery, shift pattern 4-on 4-off with 12-hour days and nights, and collaboration with logistics partners to sustain best-in-class service.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate operational teams to deliver KPIs in a 24/7 warehouse environment.
• Ensure health and safety standards and a positive safety culture, with detailed investigations where required.
• Coach and develop staff, manage training, and monitor labour turnover and absence KPIs.
• Oversee shift operations on a 4-on,4-off, 12-hour shift pattern and maintain housekeeping and food safety.
