Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous management experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication and numeracy skills.
• Experience interpreting large data volumes and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the operational team to meet KPIs in a 24/7 environment.
• Deliver pre-shift briefings and manage daily operations.
• Coach training and address key people KPIs (labour turnover, absence).
• Maintain health and safety standards and housekeeping.
• Train to operate Mechanical Handling Equipment and oversee weekend shifts.
