Are you a passionate Chef / Cook Manager? If so, we’d love you to join our fantastic catering team supporting our schools within Stafford & Birmingham!

This role sits within our Education division – catering for students. What you'll be doing

As an Area Support Chef Manager you will proactively support the management teams on site as well as be accountable for recruiting, inducting, training, and supporting colleagues to deliver an efficient, high-quality service to Elior UK, our customer and clients. you will support sites in Stoke on Trent and Birmingham.

Responsibilities
  • Motivating and managing a team
  • Controlling and managing a budget
  • Accountable for ensuring ongoing team communications, including building internal and external relationships, management reporting and client liaison to enable operational excellence
  • Supporting events at site level
  • Supporting craft skills throughout the area

Elior is committed to safeguarding children and colleagues. Candidates that are shortlisted for this role, will be required to have an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check, including Children’s Barred List, and two suitable references.

Working Pattern : Monday - Friday, 35 hours per week, term time only
