To be the commercial lead in Scotland and the North East and progress sales of Sika’s concrete admixture business. To drive growth in terms of volume, margin, profit, and market share. To constantly improve the company’s competitive position using new products and innovation. To build regional strategy to incorporate Sika's core values and principles. To work with Product Managers and to sell innovation, establishing Sika as the industry benchmark for concrete solutions.
