Job summary

ROTAFLOW GLOBAL LTD is seeking an Area Sales Manager to cover Southwest Wales and surrounding areas. You will develop and implement a structured sales plan, identify new opportunities and grow sales across existing accounts.

You will build long-term customer relationships, visit sites regularly and work with engineering teams to tailor quotations. A full, clean UK driving licence is required and a company car or allowance is provided.

Qualifications

• Commercially driven with industrial, technical sales experience.
• Knowledge of industrial customers across Pembrokeshire and Southwest Wales.
• Curious about Process Engineering applications.
• Able to develop new business and manage a territory independently.
• Able to discuss technical and commercial requirements with customers.
• Full, clean UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a structured sales plan for the Southwest Wales territory.
• Identify and develop new customer opportunities.
• Grow sales and gross margin across existing accounts.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with customers and key decision makers.
• Regularly visit customers and prospects to understand requirements and identify opportunities.
• Provide technical and commercial support with quotations in collaboration with internal teams.
