Job summary

Sunny Recruitment is seeking an Area Sales Manager to develop its customer base across Southwest Wales, with a hybrid working pattern in Pembroke.

You will drive new business, nurture key accounts, and work with engineering teams to deliver technically informed solutions. A full UK driving licence and proven industrial sales experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in industrial or technical sales or business development.
• Confident, commercially driven with strong sales ability.
• Ability to develop new business and build customer relationships.
• Industrial market knowledge in Pembrokeshire and SW Wales is advantageous.
• Experience with process instrumentation, valves, controls or pipeline products is beneficial.
• Engineering background is advantageous but not essential.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• Proactive, customer-focused approach.
• Able to work independently and manage your own territory.
• Full, clean UK driving licence is essential.

Responsibilities

Area Sales Manager

Location: Pembroke, hybrid

HOURS: Full time 8am – 5pm Monday - Friday (flexible)

Type: Staff role

Salary range: £40,000 - £50,000 + competitive bonus scheme

Our client

Our client, based in Pembroke, is looking for an Area Sales Manager to develop their customer base across Southwest Wales and surrounding areas.

The role

The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for developing new business, growing existing customer accounts and building strong customer relationships. The role will involve customer visits, identifying new opportunities and providing practical, technically informed solutions.

Responsibilities
