Job summary

ROTAFLOW GLOBAL LTD is seeking an Area Sales Manager to cover Teesside and surrounding areas, driving growth in process instrumentation and related products.

You will develop and execute a structured sales plan, identify new opportunities, grow margins, and nurture long-term relationships with customers while coordinating with internal teams to provide technically informed quotations.

Qualifications

• Experience in industrial sales or business development.
• Knowledge of Teesside and surrounding areas is advantageous.
• Ability to discuss technical and commercial requirements with customers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a structured sales plan for the Teesside territory.
• Identify, target and develop new customer opportunities.
• Grow sales and gross margin across existing customer accounts.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with customers and key decision makers.
• Regularly visit customers and prospects to understand their requirements and identify new opportunities.
• Maintain excellent relationships with existing customers.
• Understand customers’ businesses, applications, challenges and future requirements.
• Develop a good working knowledge of the product portfolio; provide quotations with internal teams.
