Job summary

Selwood Ltd is looking for a Regional Account Manager to cover Wales, with travel to North and Mid Wales as required. Based near Bridgend, you will manage key accounts, grow regional pump hire business and liaise with internal teams to meet targets.

You will build strong customer relationships, conduct site surveys, prepare quotations, and stay current with product knowledge and market trends. A full UK driving licence is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in sales and account management.
• Experience delivering new accounts and growing existing ones.
• Ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Carry out site surveys and produce risk assessments and method statements.
• Prepare Job Prices for pumping equipment installations and hire packages.
• Own quotations and ensure timely follow-up with customers.
• Develop knowledge of pump range and services offered.
• Demonstrate commercial awareness and sales planning using CRM/Outlook.
• Keep up to date with technology changes impacting customer sectors.
• Collaborate with teams to drive regional pump hire business.
