Job summary

ACS Performance is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to cover Wales and surrounding areas. This field-based role focuses on developing an established territory, strengthening relationships with plumbing and heating merchants, installers and other industry stakeholders, and promoting a full range of domestic heating solutions.

The successful candidate will bring a proven sales record in the plumbing and heating sector, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to identify opportunities to grow

Qualifications

• Proven track record of developing customer relationships and achieving sales targets.
• Experience in plumbing and heating sector.
• Field-based sales territory management in Wales preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop an existing customer base, maximizing sales opportunities across the territory.
• Build relationships with plumbing and heating merchants, installers and stakeholders.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities to increase regional sales.
• Promote domestic heating products with technical and commercial advice to customers.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable product solutions.
• Develop and implement sales initiatives, promotions and incentives to drive performance.
• Manage customer enquiries and resolve issues to maintain service levels.
