Job summary

Resolve Recruitment Limited is partnering with an international flat roofing manufacturer to appoint an Area Sales Manager for their Southern team, focusing on London. You will drive sales across the full product range, engaging with contractors, architects, surveyors and housing providers to win key accounts.

You will also present CPDs and technical briefings, guiding projects through specifications with support from the technical team.

Qualifications

• Experience in specification sales within flat roofing or waterproofing sectors.
• Proven ability to engage Main/ Roofing Contractors, Architects, Surveyors and authorities.
• Comfortable conducting CPDs and technical presentations for project teams.

Responsibilities

• Sell full range of Flat Roofing and Waterproofing products to contractors and specifiers in London.
• Engage with contractors, architects and authorities to build brand and win contractor accounts.
• Influence product selections and manage the full specifications cycle with support from the technical team.

Job description

Resolve are supporting an international manufacturer of Flat Roofing products, well-known in the UK space, to recruit a commercially focused Area Sales Manager to join their Southern team, focusing on London.

In this role, you will sell the full range of Flat Roofing and Waterproofing products on a dual approach.

Engaging with Main and Roofing Contractors to build brand awareness, curate lasting relationships, and win contractor accounts, as well as a focus on targeting Architects, Surveyors, Roofing Consultants, Local Authorities and Housing Providers at early stages of projects.

This will include infleuncing product selections, conducting CPDs and Technical Presentations, managing specifications full cycle to completion with the support of your technical team.

Our Client is looking to speak with Flat Roofing / Waterproofing associated specification sales professionals with real commercial credibility. A genuine hunger and drive, alongside the ability to fit well into the tight knit team of this family owned business is essential.

The successful applicant can expect a basic salary up to £65k, as well as up to 60% bonus, hybrid/electric company car or car allowance, and great supporting package.
