Job summary

Stirling Warrington is seeking an Area Sales Executive (Trainee) or Area Sales Manager for a Midlands patch covering Coventry, Birmingham and Northampton. The role offers £38,000-£50,000 salary plus a company car with a low BIK rate and a bonus; the person will build relationships with independent merchants and national buyers.

You will manage your area, support customers with enquiries, identify opportunities to grow sales, and develop projects with merchant partners across the contractor

Qualifications

• External sales experience from a manufacturer or distributor of building materials.
• Commercially savvy.
• A driving licence.

Are you motivated to take your sales experience into an external sales role? Or are you already working as an area salesperson looking to work for an established brand?

Our client sells heavy side products through the independent merchant sector, national merchants and buying groups.

The role of Area Sales Manager will focus on building relationships with all customers in your area supporting them with enquiries and support for their customers.

You will manage your area maximising the sales from all customers and identifying areas to increase sales.

Going to the contractor and bringing projects to sell through your merchant partners is a huge part of this role
