Job summary

Stirling Warrington Ltd in the Midlands is seeking an Area Sales Executive (Trainee) or Area Sales Manager to develop relationships with customers in Coventry, Birmingham and Northampton. The role covers external sales for heavy side building materials through independent merchants, national merchants and buying groups.

The successful candidate will manage the area to maximise sales, support customers, and identify opportunities to grow revenue, including bringing projects to merchant partners

Qualifications

• External sales experience from a manufacturer or distributor of building materials.
• Commercially savvy
• A driving licence

Area Sales Executive (Trainee) or Area Sales Manager

Midlands: Coventry, Birmingham, Northampton

£38,000-£50,000 plus car (low BIK rate) and bonus

Existing area, with a loyal customer base looked after for the last few years by the recently promoted National Sales Manager

Are you motivated to take your sales experience into an external sales role? Or are you already working as an area salesperson looking to work for an established brand?

Our client sells heavy side products through the independent merchant sector, national merchants and buying groups.

The role of Area Sales Manager will focus on building relationships with all customers in your area supporting them with enquiries and support for their customers.

You will manage your area maximising the sales from all customers and identifying areas to increase sales.

Going to the contractor and bringing projects to sell through your merchant partners is a huge part of this role
