Salary: Competitive + Performance Bonus (OTE up to 50% of Basic)

Luceco Group, a leading name in electrical, lighting, and EV charging solutions, is looking for a commercially driven Area Sales Manager to champion our portfolio of trusted brands—BG, Luceco Lighting, Masterplug, and EV Charging—across the Electrical Wholesale market in Northern Ireland.
This is a high-impact role with a strong focus on growing market share, driving revenue, and developing lasting relationships in the trade sector.
Key Responsibilities:
• Represent Luceco Group’s flagship brands across Northern Ireland wholesale accounts
• Drive new business and expand distribution through strategic sales planning
• Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders and wholesale partners
• Collaborate with marketing on promotional campaigns and customer engagement
• Deliver sales training and product knowledge support to wholesale teams
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity, providing regular sales forecasts and insights
• Align efforts with internal departments—marketing, product, and customer service—for unified execution
What We’re Looking For:
• Minimum 2 years' experience in sales within the Electrical or Construction sectors
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Solid understanding of the Electrical Wholesale market in Northern Ireland (preferred)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and account management skills
• Self-motivated, organised, and happy to travel throughout Ireland as needed
