Being tenacious and resilient, you’re a self-starter with the drive and determination to succeed, with demonstrable experience of delivering against targets. You’ll also be self-motivated to develop yourself continuously, seeking improvement by learning from a diverse range of skills and experiences, and participating in various Learning & Development programmes. Confidence with adopting our modernisation programme and new technology to improve the customer experience and optimise performance is essential. Experience with Salesforce is not essential but would be advantageous.
